As the Social Media Manager, I developed and implemented a comprehensive organic social strategy across LinkedIn and Facebook, creating content that positioned the client as thought leaders while building meaningful audience engagement.

The Challenge

First Travel Solutions faced several critical obstacles in establishing their digital presence. With an inconsistent content approach and unclear messaging framework, they required strategic direction, content pillars, and implementation support to establish authentic voice in a competitive market.

What we did

Conducted channel analysis, identified improvement opportunities, and activated a strategic content calendar from December 2024. Collaborated with key stakeholders to develop a storytelling framework highlighting team expertise and an authentic brand personality whilst leveraging ‘our people’ as a USP.
